Windows 10: eMAil Attachment With Avast Problem ?

Hi, If not in the correct Forum, I apologize. Figured someone here would know what is going on. I miss many of the nuances these days; old age problem again. Always something new. Have been getting eMails with a small envelope icon, a check mark, and a line that says Virus Free and a link to the Avast site. All that opens up, ever, irrespective of what I check on, envelope, check mark, etc. just takes me to the Avast site. Can't open up the actual photo or video that the sender is sending me. Not sure if the "problem" is on the senders side, my side, or both. Avast isn't saying there is a virus. Simply want me to sign up for allowing even more marketing Cookies, etc. Any thoughts on this, and what to do would be appreciated. Thanks, Bob

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
