Windows 10: Email blocked and no response to recovery form filled out many times now

Hello,Recently I tried to access an old account of mine, but I did not remember the password, so I tried unsuccessfully many times with the passwords I could think of. I tried filling out the recovery form but I could not remember enough information, so it got rejected.I require this email to be activated as it hold alot of important emails i need to have and details Will the sign-in be unblocked with time? if so, how long will I have to wait? and if not, what can I do? I really need this account.Thank you

Auto Filling Forms - How's it suppose to work and configuration

I've taken the steps:

• In Internet Explorer, select the Tools button , and then select
  Internet options.
• On the Content tab, under AutoComplete, select Settings.
• Select Forms, select OK, and then select
  OK again.

But the forms are not filled out for them. Every site I visit I must fill in the blanks (Name, Address, EMail, etc)

If I type a first letter, then most of the time it offers previously filled words, but is this all that is expected of this feature.

Or, does it not fill in most of the previously filled out fields, like Name, Address, EMail, City, State, Zip, etc?

Is there no template to fill for field types I would prefer and not fill for those I do not want to auto fill?

Are there other Non-IE applications for auto fill function like for .pdf files?

keyboard vanishes when filling a complex form for an email account

This seems to be a known bug not fixed with the latest software update. Whenever filling a long form such as a complex email account, the keyboard simply vanishes when trying to fill the form. It is random (no exact point of the form) or time spent with
filling the form.

Naturally it depends on how the website has been programmed.... the site must have used an autocomplete attribute in the form tag...

for example some websites require you to enter your login credentials each and every time you visit their sites (online banking). Some websites change the names and/or position of input elements on their forms, so the next time you visit the site, the mappings
used to fill the forms input fields do not match. Also, if you reset your browser (Advanced tab of Internet Options), carefully choose the options to delete some browsing data.... uncheck the option to delete saved form data, otherwise your form filling lists
will be deleted.

you must start typing into an input field using IE's form filling feature before a dropdown list of options is offered.... this also depends on how the website has been programmed. The list of options that is offered depends on what has been entered in the
same type of input field... for example input fields for email addresses will offer a list of all of your email addresses that you have used before.... a search input field will offer a list of search terms that you have used before....

Outcomes may also vary if you have third-party addons installed like the Google toolbar or the RoboForm toolbar.... they have their own form filling functionality....... you don't need two! and the third-party addons (not from Microsoft) can prevent or change
the values already stored in the IE form-filling data stores.
