Windows 10: Email doesn't Exist Prompt for administrative email?

Hello, around a year ago my main email was compromised, i tried salvaging any data I could by transferring any data to my other emails, activating other security measures and immediately changing all my passwords. Unfortunately, my main account remained compromised. I bought a computer today and was trying to use windows backup to transfer the data to the new computer but I could not as the email that was compromised is the administrator account on the previous computer and I cannot verify my identify to allow the transfer. Emails are getting scattered with existing emails

OT- email

Recently my new emails are interspersed with existing emails. Formerly the new ones were always at the top of the list---now they are scattered through the list of emails. Is there a way I can correct this?

Unauthorized Emails from my account?

It is more than likely that your email account was hacked, either by a virus sniffing your password, or just simply hacked.

Either way, change your password on your email account. Unfortunately the damage by already be done. They already have your contact list and your email address associated with that contact list. There is nothing stopping them from sending out emails using their own SMTP servers to everyone on your contact list and claiming the emails are from your email address. They don't actually have to have access to your yahoo account or even any yahoo server to send emails to people that come from your address.
