Windows 10: Email imap is listed as blacklisted temporarily. I have no malware detected after a scan

My email comcast.net suddenly stopped saying the imap is blacklisted temporarily. I did an AVG malware search and none was found.

The first thing that needs to be done is to get rid of the malware itself. You may start troubleshooting the issue with your email and resolve it, only to find out that it will be blacklisted again since the malware still exist. We need to ask you the following
questions so we can help you with your concern:

• Are you using an Outlook.com email address or other email domain?
• Have you already tried to do a full system scan on your computer in attempt to get rid of the malware?
• Have you identified what malware infected your computer?
• What other troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
