Windows 10: Email Inbox

My Outlook emails are loading in Add Folder and have been doing so since May, 2021. No filtering, updates or any other attempts have allowed my daily messages to go directly to the Inbox as new messages. I received a message from what claims to be the Microsoft Team 2021; however, since I was hacked in April, I have been worried about any site that does not have my email identification at the top. I made efforts to readd my email as primary but may have caused problems by deleting out an alias account before installing an add an alias first. The alias information was very confusing and I no

I'm using windows 10 and I cant delete emails in my inbox?
Any suggestions

 

Best Multi-User Email App?

Hello. I am looking for an email app that will support 2 users, each with 2 different email accounts (one gmail and one outlook account each). Ideally they would like to use a single email program for both of them but would like separate inboxes for each person.

So, ideally:

• One email program.
• Two inboxes, with each inbox collecting email from a unique gmail account and a unique outlook account.

Will be interested in any suggestions.

The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).
