When I relay a received email to someone else only the name of the original sender is send to the new recipiant not the original email adress.

Hi

I am using the windows10 mail app to connect to a exchange server.

It all works fine, but I have a problem.

When I relay a received email to someone else only the name of the original sender is send to the new recipiant not the original email adress.

So he can only answer to me not to the original sender of the email.

I did not find any options to change that.

Suggest you to login to the account through web browser and check if you are receiving the emails.

If the issue is in mail app: reconfigure the account and check.

If the issue is with the outlook.com, follow and check for the blocked senders:
Unblock senders in Outlook.com

Delete email sender

You can try these steps:

1. Sign in to your Hotmail account.

2. Click Options located at the upper-right side of the page.

3. Select More Options.

4. Under Preventing junk email, click Safe and blocked senders.

5. Click Blocked senders.

6. Enter the email address or domain on the box labeled Blocked email address or domain: and click Add to list >>.



Note: Please make sure that the email addresses that you have blocked are not included on your Safe sender's list and/or Contacts lists, otherwise, it would not work properly.
