Windows 10: Email message shows encoding and cannot be read

Some email messages in one of our accounts show the encoding but cannot be read as text.

Change email encoding/decoding

Occasionally, I'll get an email in one language that's mistakenly encoded in another (like UTF-8 encoded in some ISO Western English charset or so on). Most email programs (including all Win32 desktop versions of Outlook) have an option to change the encoding
of an email you're reading to fix this, but not Windows 10 Mail.

Any plans on changing this?

 

Can't read hebrew messages encoded in Unicode in Nokia Mail (N8 belle refresh)

Hi,



I'm using a N8 with Belle Refresh NAM version.



When I recieve an Email message encoded in unicode and with Hebrew characters, I see it as gibberish. I can read the same message in GMAIL (for example) just fine.



I am able to read some of the hebrew mails fine.



Is there a solutions for this problem? thanks.
