Windows 10: Email missing image header and all HTML

I am having trouble with the new Outlook app when I receive an email from a certain email address the email is missing all of the graphics and any HTML so all I see is just written text it is not happening with all emails it is only happening on the email that I received from a certain email address I have tried to reset the app and I have tried restarting it but it continues to be a problem attached is an image that shows what I get at the top of the email the image has been added but it shows there yet then I'm having the problem with

I suggest you to try the below steps and check if it helps.

• Right click on the message. (From the list of emails)
• Select "View Source"
• A new window with the full headers and HTML source of the email will open.

Emails in HTML format

Welcome to Microsoft Community.

May I ask whether the email itself is formatted as html?

HTML format is the default format for emails. HTML is also the best format when you want to create emails that resemble traditional documents (with various fonts, colors, bulleted lists, and numbered lists) and when you want to display images within the email.

N97 HTML emails

May I make a suggestion? Virtually all the emails I receive are HTML



By default my N97 downloads just text for each of the emails. For a lot of emails this is suficient for you to deal with it. If, however, you need to read the HTML version then whilst the email is open go to "options" then "Attachments" and then you should
find the HTML version as "Attachment.html", Alternatively you may need to go to "Options" then "Retrieve" and the HTML attachment is at the top of the email. Tap to open. If you wish to forward or save then there is an option to save before you open.



I'd suggest that this should cover 99% of the times you'll need HTML.
