Windows 10: Email not delivering

Good day,

As of recently, I have received a bounce-back message from my one Gmail account to an email address I use quite often. I have no idea what it might be, and am not at all technically evolved. See below screenshot.

Also, we need the entire error message which you are referring to when the email fails to be delivered.

• What are troubleshooting steps you've done so far?
• What is the email server type that you set on your email account? Is it POP3, IMAP or Exchange?

My system is Windows 10, my browser is Google Chrome and my email is Windows live. When I open a hyperlink I get a blank/black page listed as "Untitled". Any suggestions?
