Windows 10: Email pemulihan

Saya mempunyai kasus tentang pemulihan akun, ketika saya login akun microsoft dan di alihkan ke email pemulihan akun saya pada awalnya berhasil, namun ketika saya untum kedua kalinya diarahkan ke email pemulihan, email pemulihan saya menjadi salah, padahal ketika di awal email pemulihan saya benar, dan mengirimkan kode, apakah ada sesuatu yang salah tentang hal ini, apakah ada contact support microsoft yang bisa hubungi?

Here is the step to remove that old email address.

Start typing an email address into the “To” field. As soon as you see the old email address being recommended as one of the potential candidates, use the down arrow key to scroll through the list of suggestions. Once you highlight the old email address, type the delete key. In many cases, this will actually remove the entry not only from the current list of suggestions but from future suggestions as well. You may even find that as you mouse over the drop-down list the highlighted item will have an “x” to explicitly allow you to delete it.

Just do this step and your good to go.

Hello Allan,

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
