Windows 10: Email Received

Hello; I and several others received the following email purportedly from Microsoft support:


"Dear customer,

As per your request, we have successfully upgraded your computer
networking system from domestic to commercial and from today onward 973 dollars will be deducted every month from your bank account for the high-quality network services.

If the bank account through which you have paid us, is not active or changed, We have the last 4 digits of your SSN, So we will deduct the 973 dollars from your current operational bank account.

However, if you wish to cancel the up-gradation please call our networking
department at 954-603-7510.

I presume it is some sort of scam, for I have no knowledge of some kind of upgrade to which it refers.

Long delay in receiving email notifications

I received 4 PM's today and I have yet to receive an email about any of them
