Windows 10: Email Tracking & Email Tracking Blocker‬

Is there any app or something like it what tracks emails sent from windows 10 mail app & blocks other to track you (or even 1 of them)?

Package tracking numbers in email?

Say i get an email with a package tracking number but no embedded hyperlink to the shipping company's site. How can I track the package? There's no cut-n-paste and i can't remember a number that long. The email automatically links phone numbers to the
phone, why not package tracking numbers from the standard shipping companies? The iphone appears to do this.

I'd like to get in and out and on with life...

Tracking packages

I have a question about how Cortana tracks packages. I understand she gets the shipment information automatically from the emails I receive. However, once Cortana identifies the shipment and adds it to the "tracking list", can I delete the email (or move
it out of my inbox)? Or will that remove the tracking and/or cause Cortana to stop tracking the package? Now that MS has enhanced Outlook also automatically to put an appointment for the shipment in my calendar, same question there too--will deleting the email
cause the calendar entry to get deleted? Thanks in advance for the assistance.
