    HelloI am trying to change the primary email for my Microsoft account.I am told a verification email has been sent but i never receive it. I need this resolved as i bought MS Office 2021 registered under my current email address and cannot use the software until i can log into my MS account.Please helpCheers

    The two-step verification emails show up in my inbox but I added a rule to mark the domain name safe a long time ago (verified that "techpowerup.com" is still in the safe sender list).
