Windows 10: email windows 10

Why is the windows 10 email app so incredably poor? Outlook in the other windows versions was so simple to use in comparison.


Setting up folders is not easy and then when you do moving emails to them is even harder. When I eventually managed to set up a folder I went to move an email into it only for the folder not to appear. So thought I would try dragging the email to the folder. well that didnt work. When I did mange to move an email to an already set up folder the email seemed to disappear. I opened the folder but it was empty. I have now given up and reverted to using gmail online. Such a shame you manged to break something that was not broken!!

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK

Windows Messenger Confirmation Email

No It didnt appear in my spam box but I updated to Windows live Messenger which sent the confirmation email and also verified windows messenger. Ty everyone for there suggestions
