Windows 10: email

I am not computer smart . I had my brother completely redo computer - windows 10 . I downloaded some videos and attempted to send them to friend . I keep getting error message saying - " THERE IS NO EMAIL PROGRAM ASSOCIATED TO PERFORM THE REQUESTED ACTION . PLEASE INSTALL AN EMAIL PROGRAM OR , IF ONE IS ALREADY INSTALLED , CREATE AN ASSOCIATION IN THE DEFAULT PROGRAMS control panel . before redoing computer I had no problems . So ? What do I do ? I don't know anything about installing an email program.

My system is Windows 10, my browser is Google Chrome and my email is Windows live. When I open a hyperlink I get a blank/black page listed as "Untitled". Any suggestions?

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
