Windows 10: emails/ HTML code

Why are my emails, from known recipients, written in html code? How can I change it?

emails turning into html code

Hi, i'm with BT and whenever i send an email it turns into html code, not really when i send a reply to an email though.

Here's a recent email that i sent:

N97 HTML emails

May I make a suggestion? Virtually all the emails I receive are HTML

By default my N97 downloads just text for each of the emails. For a lot of emails this is suficient for you to deal with it. If, however, you need to read the HTML version then whilst the email is open go to "options" then "Attachments" and then you should
find the HTML version as "Attachment.html", Alternatively you may need to go to "Options" then "Retrieve" and the HTML attachment is at the top of the email. Tap to open. If you wish to forward or save then there is an option to save before you open.

I'd suggest that this should cover 99% of the times you'll need HTML.

HTML codes in threads and posts

Did the "rules" change on what HTML codes can be posted? I used to be able to make tables, for example PowerColor to Release AGP version of Radeon X1950 Pro but now I cannot.

I can understand that allowing *all* HTML codes could cause havok in the wrong hands. But maybe some more flexibility? Perhaps to 5* members and above, who aren't here to cause a problem.

Is there a list of what can and what cannot be used to improve formatting?
