Windows 10: Emails with Inline Images or Attachements won't send from Email applications

Hello,Just bought a new PC with Windows 11. Been using it for about a week. I've been unable to send emails with inline images or attachments from this PC. I have an browser-based email client called RoundCube that is provided by my service provider for my domain-specific email. I also have an old AOL address that I've tried as well. I've even tried using Thunderbird. None of them will allow me to send emails with attachments or inline images...I've tried with Edge, Chrome and Firefox, no luck. But the only issue is on this Windows 11 PC. My old PC is still hooked up and running Window

Inline email editing & Copying of email attachments

I'm using a Lumia 620 with GDR2. I am unable to edit or remove the inline messages from my email as well as copying attachments directly from one email to another email. My friends can do the same very easily on an android device.

I can forward attachments, but doesn't have the same flexibility as the outlook desktop application. Its the same for editing inline messages when we forward or reply to an email.

Kindly advise why these essential email features was omitted & whether we can expect this feature in a later update (GDR3).

To attach a document file on an email, you can follow the step given below:

For Windows 10 Mobile:

• Launch to File Explorer app.
• Press and hold the file that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select Outlook Mail on the suggested applications.

For Windows Phone 8.1:

• Download and install
  Files app.
• Launch Files app.
• Tap and hold the document that you need to attach on the email, and select
  Share button.
• Select the Mail app on the suggested applications.
