Windows 10: emal hangs up, crashes windows 10 mail app Help me with a fix please

not the first time and microsoft fixed it for me, temp. it seems , a fews months ago .So, here I am again and the calendar will not even work, just a flash then nothing. Mail takes FOREVER to load and sometimes the screen will flash away before the email msg. loads and take me to my desktop.Question...if I RESET the app it on my computer it says will permantly delete the apps data on my device including preferences and sign in details. I have one main acct. I set up when I bought this computer the mail app came loaded on it then another acct. that is being synced.What can I expect to ha

Windows 10 Mail app hangs regularly

I have fixed all the issues I had with Mail and Calendar apps on 3 machines doing this:

cmd.exe as admin

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

Reboot the computer.

I do not know if these steps can help this particular issue. My issues were crashes and sometimes it hung. I got this suggestion from a response to the issue of Mail hanging during scrolling operations.
