Windows 10: Emergency Lumia Pin Support

i had upgraded my lumia 435 to windows 10, with a pin connected to it. however, when it upgraded, thepin keyboard disappeared, and im assuming all others did aswell. i cannot hard reset, as i have valuable info. what do i do?

Just to confirm, is this the same thing that you tried on your phone, in order to turn off Amber Alerts?

• Open Settings.
• Tap on System.
• Tap on Messaging.
• Tap on the Change emergency alert settings link.
• Turn on or off the emergency alerts you want.

Let us know if this was the same thing that you tried.

We would also suggest to reset your phone after doing these steps to ensure that the changes on your phone's settings will be refreshed.

Simply press and hold the Power and Volume down button for 15 seconds and then release your hold afterwards.

 

Supported phones for Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview Mobile

Your list confirms my phone is eligible, Lumia 521. The windows Insider App fails after ~ 15 seconds, restores data and gives me error 80073cf9. I trouble shot this and went thru all the steps mentioned on several websites including MS without any luck. Short of a hard reset, this is where I am now. Suggestions appreciated.

My lumia 430 bricked .. And I use windows device recovery tool plash my device but i can plash it becase emergency plashing for your device is cerrently not supported for lumia 430 .. help me please
