when i type it keeps on saying oops something went wrong so i will try to continue it over hereno there is no option to change the mode from developer to other in help and if what ur saying is true then how do i change my graphics so that nvidia is in charge instead of intel?

It is a performance issue on your windows 10 computer, I suggest you to refer to the following steps:

• 
  Click "Search" and type "Troubleshooting" without quotes and hit enter.
  
• 
  Click “System and security”
  
• 
  Select "System maintenance"
  
• 
  Click next to run the troubleshooter.
  
  
  
  Also, Install all the available patches from Windows update and get back to us if you see the same behavior.
