    So i have a problem where someone has decided to use my phone number and their email with an account on empmonitor which monitors literally every key stroke and takes screenshots and it knows every aspect of my life. I dont even do anything interesting but anyway i went to the empmonitor site read the faq and it says to uninstall i have to redownload which will cancel it out but i cant do that because it says my phone number is already signed up. it wont let me reset a pasword when i dont have the email address they used. Ughhh what do i do? will factory reset work?

    My computer freezes and goes into watch dog mode within 5 seconds after I turn it on and then continuously turns on and off in watchdog mode and will not allow me to start in safe mode
