Windows 10: "Empty recycle bin" deleted a large number of files. What did I just delete?

Windows 10. I was copying a large number of files from a WD MyCloud to a USB HDD via Explorer. Simultaneously, I right-clicked on the recycle bin and chose "empty recycle bin". My recycle bin had 4 files in it. But the subsequent "now deleting" dialog window referenced 9000+ files. I believe that I stopped the delete by clicking on "stop"? I can't remember exactly. My questions: 1. What files were being deleted exactly? 2. Is there a way to recover these files? I'm concerned that I deleted important files from the WD MyCloud inadvertently.thx

To prevent your files from being deleted from the Recycle Bin, we suggest increasing the maximum file size your Recycle Bin can keep by following the steps below:

• Right click on the Recycle Bin icon.
• Under the Settings for selected location, select Custom size.
• Fill up the box for your allotted maximum file size for your Recycle Bin.

Recover deleted files from recycle bin?

yesterday, i managed to delete a couple of files that i shouldnt have deleted, and i didnt notice that failure until today, and what is even more crap, is that i ran CCleaner, which cleaned my bin as well... so now i have tried using Recuva and DMDE to no success. the worst part is that they had quite some long and numbered filenames, so i dont remember the exact name of the files...

any ideas on how i can recover these?
