Windows 10: Empty window on lower right screen which I can't close.

I have an empty small window on the lower right screen. I think it is a problem with the recent installation of Telegram. With the cursor over the window, nothing happens when I right or left click the button. I have already tried the following. 1. Refresh the screen. 2. There is no unaccounted app in the Task manager to close.3. I have already tried restarting Windows Explorer in Task Manager. 4. I have updated Windows Defender and scanned. I always regard the suggestion of a virus to excuse some Windows failing to be really an admission that the person doesn't known.5. I made sure this morni

How to lower Screen brightness?

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.
