Windows 10: Enable Administrator

Hi

I have a Laptop (Windows Home 10) and a Desktop (Windows 8.1 home) and I want to enable Administrator on both. I have used all of the suggesting about this I got on the internet and nothing works. Sure could use some help here.

sir i tried everything to activate administrator account, bt it not working, i tried cmd, and all that. plss help me. i had change the property that only aministrator account could have full control. i have to active administrator account.

I have tried option 1 and get a error 5, Option 2 an3 get "Windows cannot find file" . Have not tried option 4.

Error 5 means you aren't authorized. Make sure you run the command from an elevated Command Prompt

 

I used window key + R. That should be elevated.
