Windows 10: enable or disable Full-screen optimizations on Windows 11 REGEDIT ALL GAMES / Aplication

Cant disable full screen optimizations

Hey. So, ive saw on a lot of videos disabling full screen optimizations can give more performance in certain games. It used to work for me going to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\System\GameConfigStore in regedit and setting "GameDVR_FSEBehaviorMode" to 2. Now, for some reason, even after i went to all fortnite exes and clicked on properties, and set disable full screen optimizations, the game will no matter what, run with full screen optimization and i know it runs with FSO because i can see the volume box when i click the volume button on my pc while running the game in full screen mode. This issue started 3 days ago. Ive saw someone else getting the same problem in this: Redirecting

However, the question is still not answered in there. If someone could help i would really appreciate it

Cant disable full screen optimizations

Hey, thanks for everything, and trying to help me. As the dumb person i am, i turned the fortnite game engine to directx 12, and after some research i finded out directx12 games on windows 10 cannot disable full screen optimizations and this has been a problem for around a year. I changed to directx 11 engine in fortnite and fso was disabled again, still thanks for the help
