Windows 10: Enable Touchscreen on Windows 10

Discus and support Enable Touchscreen on Windows 10 in Windows 10 Drivers and Hardware to solve the problem; I do not use the Touchscreen for personal reasons, so when I purchased my HP laptop I disabled it when I customized the settings.     Enable Touchscreen on Windows 10


    I do not use the Touchscreen for personal reasons, so when I purchased my HP laptop I disabled it when I customized the settings. That was a few years ago.

    I now need the Touchscreen to create an electronic signature, but cannot find it in the Device Manager, which is where all suggestions are pointing me.

    When I open up Human Interface Devices, there are only 4 items listed, and none of them state Touchscreen. Here is what's listed: HID-compliant consumer control device; HID-compliant wireless radio controls; HP Wireless Button Driver; and USB Input Device.

    Is it possible that the Touchscreen enable/disable selection is somewhere else?

    • What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type
      winver in Windows search/Run command)
    • What is the model number of the Dell Inspiron Laptop?
    • Are you aware of any recent changes, prior to this issue?

    Touchscreen monitor

    Hi, I'm looking into buying a touchscreen monitor for use with a Dell Inspiron 660 desktop pc rnning Windows 8 in order to fully utilise the touchscreen facilities of Windows 8.
    I'm preliminary looking at the Iiyama T2250MTS or T2452MTS touchscreen monitors. Anyone had experience of these, do they fully work under Windows 8?
    Any other suggestions of monitors in the £200-£350 range?
