Windows 10: Enabled 802.11n in adapter but 5g doesn’t show still.

So i have a NetGear Nighthawk router which is a phenomenal router speed wise but not really bandwidth wise. So i decided to turn on 5ghz on my Win 10 PC, i noticed prior that my 5g network wasn’t showing up, only the regular 2.4ghz network was. So i watched a few vids and enabled 802.11n in the wireless adapter properties, and rebooted my pc and “NETGEAR-32-5g” still wasn’t showing . Any help appreciated.

There is a possibility that the wireless network adapter of your computer is not compatible with the 5G Wi-Fi network. Just to clarify, can your computer connect to other 5G networks?

• Right-click the Windows logo, and then choose Device Manager.
• Expand Network.
• Locate the computer's wireless network card.

I`m sorry I had not noticed that the text on the picture was in spanish. It says that windows has replaced some damaged clusters in "name" file and "directory". Then, at the end "an unspecified error occurred (75736e6a726e6c2e 4f6)".

I`ll do it and I`ll be updating this thread when I have the report.
