Windows 10: enabling DTS Headphone X changes razer 7.1 surround speaker setup to stereo on windows 11

I have Razer Kraken x headphones that comes with a 7.1 surround sound set up I purchased the DTS sound unbound app DTS Headphone X + DTS X Decoder for spatial sound on windows 11 that worked well until recent windows update now every time, I enable the DTS Headphone X the speaker settings change from 7.1 to Stereo. When trying to change the speaker settings back to 7.1 the DTS Headphone X automatically disables.Has this occurred to anyone else, Is there a way to fix this? I have added screen-shots of the problem I'm facing.Attached screen shots a Speaker set up without Spatial sound

DTS headphone X not working

I'm using Asus tuf fx505dt

recently , preinstalled dts headphone x started showing "Please enable the PC speaker to use DTS audio" or "Please connect a headphone to use DTS audio" when I connect my headphones?

any solutions?

 

Stereo Bluetooth Headphones do not reproduce stereo sound

Bluetooth 4.x headsets (headphones with microphone) have two modes:
1. Stereo headset speakers with NO microphone
2. Mono headset speakers with microphone

I see in the listing for your headphones it shows a microphone. Make sure your the audio is configured correctly so that you have stereo headphone speakers.

With your headphones connected with Bluetooth

Left-click on little speaker (bottom right on desktop)





You should see current speaker for computer
In this example headphones in stereo is selected





If you click on Headphones you will bring up all options

Right-click on little speaker (bottom right on desktop)





Select Sounds from list





If you want Stereo Headphones but NO microphone

Select Playback tab
Make sure Headphones is the current playback device





Select Recording tab
Make sure Microphone array (or similar) is the current recording device
