    Hello,so as the title says, I enabled Intel Virtualization in the UEFI bios, but once in windows, it started to freeze when trying to open explorer windows or trying to access the Windows settings panel. It also often freezes for 30 seconds when trying to access my HDD and then it works. I have 2 SSDs which are not impacted by this.So I went back to the bios and disabled Intel Virtualization, but it didn't solve the problems.I have checked the HDD with windows tools and it says there are no errors and SMART says everything is ok.So my guess is that there is a windows setting that has changed s

    virtualization is enabled in bios/uefi but not in windows

    Hi

    I'm trying to use the new WSL2 in windows 10 update 2004. Unfortunately I cannot install any linux distro or hyper-v because windows thinks my cpu does not support virtualization. Intel virtualization is enabled in bios/uefi.

    system specs:

    x299 board with intel i9-7900x cpu

    virtualization enabled in bios

    windows 10 enterprise with update 2004

    hyper-v not installed

    wsl2 installed and defaulted

    Virtualization enabled in bios but not working

    Hi there,

    I am trying to run a program which recommends enabling hardware visualization. I have followed the steps to enable Intel VT in uemi/bios menu. However Task Manager says that Virtualization is disabled, despite the fact that I have turned it on in the uemi/bios??

    I don't have any anti virus software, I don't have Hyper-V (windows 10 home edition, upgraded from Windows 7).

    Please help Enabling Intel Virtualization in the bios has made Windows 10 very slow :)

    Virtualization enabled in BIOS but not in Windows 10 ?

    I disabled it in BIOS and it is appearing enabled in Task Manager, but why the emulator asked me to enable the Virtualization in BIOS!?*sarc

    I run the emulator and i got BDOS.
