Windows 10: Enabling the OLE DB database creation by using the Windows Registry

I have tried everything but the error is stated in a message box:Some updating commands could not be generated automatically.The database returned the following error:Could not load file or assembly 'Microsoft.Data.SqlClient, Version=3.0.0.0, Culture=Neutral, PublicKeyToken=23ec7fc2d6eaa4a5' orone of its dependencies. The system could not find the file specified.Can anyone assist me and provide me some solutions please?

OLE DB provider for DB2 6.0 installation failure

Trying to install Microsoft OLE DB provider for DB2 on my windows 10 (x64) machine. But set up wizard is throwing me an error saying ' System is not been modified'. Any solution??
