Windows 10: Enabling Windows Hello for Windows log-on using mobile device

Hello,I have two questions, one more general than the other:1. Is it possible to enable Windows Hello on my Windows 11 Pro device without having to set a password first? I generally don't like having to set up a password when other methods of login exist; like the PIN or Microsoft's password-less login. I want to set up Windows Hello to integrate with 1Password, such that I can log into the app without my master password. Setting up a password to enable Windows Hello defeats the purpose in my mind.2. My main question is: Can I configure Windows Hello in such a way that I can log onto my Window

Windows 10 mobile device encryption

You will be unable to change the activation waiting time on the Windows 10 Mobile once you enabled the device encryption. We suggest that you report your concern on the Feedback Hub to let our relevant team know about this. You can follow the steps below
on how to send a feedback:

• Go to All Apps, search for the Feedback
  Hub app.
• Open the menu icon at the top left side.
• Select Feedback, then at the top right side, tap the
  add button (+).
• Select Problem or Suggestion and fill up the box with the details needed.
• Select the right category and then submit it.

Windows Mobile Device Center error

Sync center will provide the synchronization required. You will need to reconfigure the sync. Follow these steps:

1. Windows key + X > Control Panel > Sync Center
   
2. Select Sync step
   
3. Connect your device via USB
