Windows 10: Encountered multiple times of video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error, and laptop shutdown without warning

Hi,My laptop ran into the problems of cutting power by itself without any notice or ran into BSODs of video_dxgkrnl_fatal_error and restart by itself with no reason. VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR

Hi,

I’m experiencing a problem with my laptop:

• Processor: AMD Ryzen 5 4600H with Radeon Graphics
  
• GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 Ti
  

Initially, I encountered frequent “Graphic Driver Crashed” errors. I resolved this by performing a Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) and reinstalling both AMD and NVIDIA drivers. The issue seemed fixed. However, I then encountered an “out of memory trying to allocate a rendering resource” error, which I resolved by adjusting the paging file size.

Now, despite my efforts, new problems have arisen. When playing games like Valorant, Genshin Impact, and Honkai Star Rail for a few minutes, the game suddenly freezes without any error window, and my laptop fan speeds up. Upon restarting, I encounter a Blue Screen with the message “VIDEO_DXGKRNL_FATAL_ERROR.” Unfortunately, my laptop doesn’t restart normally; I have to force shut it down and turn it back on. Analyzing the minidump file with Windbg, I identified the error source as dxgmms2.sys. Despite searching online, I haven’t found a solution yet.

laptop shutdown

i'm using windows 10 and my laptop few days ago started to just shutdown without a warning every time when the battery is at 15% and every time it shutdown i'm unable to switch it on unless i plug in the charger . i have tried so many things plz help
