Windows 10: Encountered warning "propogation of permission settings.." message while exiting the...

Hi, need help with this. I went into my C:\Users\msn login account then view the Security tab for Windows 11. I do not recall making any changes to any security settings for any group or user names Account unknown, System, msn login account, Administrators but while closing the properties window, an error occurred. Apparently I might have changed something because windows security pop ups with "setting security information on: "C:\Users\msn login account\Appdata\Local\AMD\DVR\232871511543434492\0, then the message "an error occurred while applying security information to: ...\320881ec6073a6

COM permissions 'Warning' interrupting recordings?!

• Streaming recordings via Playon repeatedly interrupted by .... something
  
• ISP says no internet glitches/drops seen by their modem
  
• Time of numerous Failed recordings appears to correlate to repeated Windows 'Warning' (below) - but forums say persistent 'Warning' is normal (hundreds of times?) & presents no functional issue!?
  
  Insights &/or useful suggestions, anyone?

System Permission required

Hi Peter,

The message that you've encountered when deleting the USERS folder can be due to a permission set on it. To change the permission of the affected folder, follow these steps:

• Right click the the parent folder.
• Select Properties.
• Select the Security tab.
• Click Edit to change the permission.
• Select the new owner, and then put a check mark in the Full
  control box.
• Click Apply, then OK.
• Once you're done, the folder can now be deleted.

Try few of the below troubleshooting steps and check if it helps.

Method 1: I suggest you to Run System Maintenance Troubleshooter.

It finds and clean up unused files and shortcuts and performs maintenance tasks.

Follow:

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the Search box from the desktop.
  
• 
  Select the Troubleshooting option.
  
• 
  Select View All option and select the
  System Maintenance.
  
• 
  Click on Next to perform the System Maintenance troubleshooter and follow the steps.
  

Method 2: I suggest you to boot the computer in Safe mode with Networking and check if this issue persist.

Follow the below steps to place the computer in normal mode.

• Press Windows + R keys to open Run
  command.
• Type msconfig and press Enter.
• In the System Configuration window, click on
  General tab.
• Select Start-up selection as Normal startup, click on
  Apply and Ok.
• Follow onscreen instructions.

Method 3: I suggest you to install he pending updates on your device.

Steps:

• Connect to the internet.
• Press Windows key and type
  updates.
• Click on Check for updates.
• Under Windows Updates, click on
  Check for updates.
• Try to install the updates being shown.
