    Encountering 0x800F0922 error while enabling MS Print to PDF feature


    Hi,The "Microsoft Print to PDF" is not enabled on my Windows 11 laptop. Because of this I am not able to use Microsoft 365 office effectively. When I go to "Turn Windows features on or off" and enable "Microsoft Print to PDF" I get 0x800F0922 error message. Windows version : Microsoft Windows 11 Enterprise 10.0.26100 Build 26100Requesting help here.RegardsM S Rana

    Print to PDF missing in Printer List

    Hi William,

    We suggest that you disable and re-enable the Print to PDF feature. Here are the steps:

    • Click on the Start menu and type in Windows Features.
    • Choose Turn Windows features on or off.
    • On the next window, find Microsoft Print to PDF and disable it. Click
      OK to save changes.
    • Restart your PC.
    • Repeat the same steps to re-enable Microsoft Print to PDF.
    If the issue persists, we suggest that you perform the troubleshooting steps suggested on the link below under
    Advanced:

    Fix printer problems

    Can't Re-install MS Print to PDF

    sfc /scannow: reboot: no integrity violations

    System Feature / turn on MS Print to PDF: same error code

    Add printer manually/select MS Print to PDF from list: same error message
