Windows 10: encrypt button greyed out

my encrypt button is greyed out, I have tried the options given in other people's answers but it doesnt work. please check what is wrong i cant encrypt any of my files

i have a problem the encryption of folder is greyed out

• I tried the enabling of efs by setting it to automatic
• i tried enable encryption by command line.
• i tried enable encryption by registry editor.

i use a account as an administrator

• using windows 10 home single language

kindly help

no this folder is not compressed

encryption is not working in any folder( greyed out)

and what do you mean by file system

actually I check the file system is ntfs
