Windows 10: End of service soon

I turned my pc on this morning and saw that "your version of Windows 10 will reach end of service soon..." so I clicked on it and updated it, then restart my PC, and it still says the same message; what do I do? Sorry for the repost, I flaired the post wrong, thank you to u/sanjay_82 for the quick reply to the most recent one, though. just putting this up in case that doesn't work.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx
