Windows 10: Endless billing and no way to reach someone to cancel it

How do I reach a human to cancel an ongoing Microsoft charge that I don't even know what I'm being billed for? I'm asked to enter email addy to authenticate, but no old MS accounts work? How do I find a phone number that will allow me to speak to an actual human being? Has anyone tried walking into a Microsoft retail store and asking for their help in reaching an actual person?

endless updating

my nokia N80-1 is updating endless, it stoped on step 3 and now it says do not remove the phone so how can i stop this endless updating or cancell it and start again step by step.
