endless bluescreen driver iqrl not equal / tcpip.sys failed

so my windows 11 computer updated yesterday but then after restarting i got a blue screen saying driver iqrl not equal or less and what failed was tcpip.sys . i can not enter safe mode using the trouble shoot as bit Locker prevents me and i try using the cmd prompt to run commands to fix it but it did not work. Any fixes please, no matter what i do or how long i leave it repairing it just loops on boot to the bluescreen, any help would be great please

    :)

Driver IQRL not less or equal WN111v2W7x.sys

Following a Win 10 upgrade to V1511, sometimes I get a blue screen at start-up with the following message:

[ we are recording this error - Driver IQRL not less or equal WN111v2W7x.sys ].

After a few seconds my PC restart automatically successfully.

This problem did not occurred with the initial version of Win 10 I got after an upgrade from Win 7.

What is the problem and how to correct it. Thank you for your help

Driver Iqrl Not Less Or Equal

Recently I have been playing CS:GO and every so often I get the blue screen with the stop code, Driver Iqrl Not Less Or Equal. It only comes up when I am playing CS:GO, no other time. I have no idea why this is happening and I am wondering how to keep it
from coming back. My PC specs are...

    Processor: Intel Pentium G3240 @ 3.10GHz

    Motherboard: MSI Z87-G41 PC Mate

Graphics Card: Gigabyte Gtx 1060 G1 Gaming 6gb

    RAM: 8GB

    Wireless Adapter: TP-LINK 300Mbps Wireless N Adapter

I am using a non-activated version of windows 10 pro.
