Windows 10: endless loop, microsoft family features sign in to not miss... it comes again and again!!!!!

Im about to break this **** PC with this windows 11 home trash OS, I tried everything, I spent a whole day to reinstall this **** windows 11 home edition and all games of my sons PC, I tried to delete my sons account from a family group I am administrator of the group, there is only 2 people me and my son, but I am not able to remove my sons account, it writes that it only can be done by administrator, but I AM ONLY ADMINISTRATOR OF THE GROUP!!!!. I even not able to upload any screenshot in here, it fails to upload... GOD DAMN microsoft, you are ruing everything you touch, when your company

• Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?
