    Endless loop of trying to sign in to my laptop.


    The Google account I used for Microsoft account is gone and I can't access it for unknown reason and now my laptop won't let me in says too many wrong attempts and I have to wait 2 hours but it's correct and I only attempted it once. And I can't access the Google access to verify it's me and change the password. Please help me fix this.

    Windows 10 endless loop reboot

    Hi,

    • Have you checked if the hard disk is set as first boot device in the BIOS?
    • Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
    • What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

    I'm having the same problem. I tried to convert to a new local administrator from a Microsoft sign in and my computer is in an endless loop.

    Signing Out in endless loop, Windows 10

    I upgraded my Toshiba Satellite i5 from Win 7 Pro to Windows 10 this morning. other than having to uninstall a couple of minor apps and the slowness in coming from a black screen to desktop, it went on without a glitch.

    Then the trouble started. Cortana does not work. it shows the small window, but does not accept input. There is no Start menu. I searched for solutions online, one of which was a suggestion to restart the Windows Explorer. It did not help. I decided
    to reboot and try another suggestion. Sign out first out of the Ctrl Alt Del, then request a reboot. (This is the second attempt, the first reboot worked.) Windows is stuck on a blue screen with a flashing dotted circle, sign saying Signing Out, the mouse
    pointer which responds to movement, and no responses to any key combination. I power it off, then power it back on after a minute or two and the same blues screen appears. Endless loop.

    I contacted Microsoft Answer Desk, no help.
