Windows 10: Endless Windows 11 updates. How does any business or corporation get any work done

There is no way any corporation or small business gets any work done when Windows is endlessly, several daily, updates. Am I on some stealth beta testing list? I can't get much work done when Windows sucks up internet downloading updates, then sucks up the CPU doing installations, then most times requiring a restart.Rewrite Windows to run on Unix/Linux. Microsoft can't keep patching Windows.Is there a secret way businesses can avoid this disruption?Somebody commented about gig out and buying an Apple. As much as I hate Apple i might have to do the same.I AM NOT A BETA TESTER.

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?

my nokia N80-1 is updating endless, it stoped on step 3 and now it says do not remove the phone so how can i stop this endless updating or cancell it and start again step by step.
