Windows 10: Endless Windows Updates after reset

So my computer was really slow for a long time and it had been years since my last reset, so I wiped my hard drive and reinstalled windows. After it was done it was still really slow and wouldn't work right, I figured out that my hard drive itself was the problem and got a new hard drive, I installed windows, updated it to windows 10 but now it's been endlessly updating for weeks. I downloaded about 260 updates but it still didn't work, I tried reinstalling windows, I tried all sorts of stuff, and i'm really frustrated.Any help would be appreciated.

• Which version of Windows is installed on the computer?
• What did the HP supported suggested you to fix the issue?

endless updating

my nokia N80-1 is updating endless, it stoped on step 3 and now it says do not remove the phone so how can i stop this endless updating or cancell it and start again step by step.
