When deploying endpoint with Endpoint Management I regularly get situations that managed apps are not always getting installed. Sometimes they just fail, other times they stay 'waiting for installation'. There are times the situation will resolve itself with either syncs or an occasional reboot. Microsoft says you should not mix op LOB and Win32 managed apps with Autopilot enrollments, which happens to be the case. We use Chocolaty for some apps, which is a Win32 app. Other apps installed using MSI's, which is LOB. And then there is the Office 365 apps as well, which is I don't know what.Micro

    :)

  2. Apply Critical Update with Intune or Defender for Endpoint

    Hi All,

I'm looking for the best way to push only critical updates (not an entire feature or quality update) to endpoints running within my environment. I am currently using Intune and Defender for Endpoint so I was hoping that is is some functionality within either of those to assist with this to avoid having to purchase a separate patch management solution. Any information would be greatly appreciated.

    INTUNE -

    Hi All,

We are moving towards the modern management and deploying apps via INTUNE and i have a request to create an Applocker policy to disable %SYSTEM32%\Windows\PowerShell\* for all users and exclude administrators.

Question is if i block powershell, will the powershell Win32 apps and script deployed via INTUNE will also be blocked ?
