That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.

  3. wifi disconnects, and the energy configurations are Ok!

    Hi,

Welcome to Microsoft Community and we appreciate your interest in Windows 10.

Let me help you to fix the issue.

To understand the issue better, I would like to know what is the make and model of the computer?

The issue you are facing could be due to the network adaptor driver being outdated. Let’s try simple steps and check if this helps.

    Method 1.

I would suggest you to run Network troubleshooter, it will automatically troubleshoot the network problem and check. If it helps.

    • Press Windows + X keys on the keyboard and select Control Panel.

    • Type Troubleshooting in the search bar on the Control Panel.

    • Click on View all on the left navigation pane.

    • Click on Network troubleshooter.

    • Click on Advanced on the Network troubleshooter dialog box and click on Run as administrator (Enter the credentials if required).

    • Click on Next and follow onscreen instruction complete the Network troubleshooter.

    Method 2.

I recommend you to update network adaptor driver. Follow the below steps:

    • Press Windows key + X and click on
      Device manager
      .

    • Locate for Network adaptor and expand it.

    • Right click on the adaptor device
      and click on update.
If the above method did not help to fix the issue. I suggest you to go to the computer manufacturer website and download the latest updated network adaptor and install the same.

Hope this helps. If you need further assistance with Windows, let us know and will be glad to help.
