Windows 10: English International keyboard does not exist anymore?

I am looking to activate English international so I can put accents when I am writing in Spanish. Please help!!!!

English International Keyboard for Windows 10

Hi, I just switched from Windows 7 to Windows 10 at work and was trying to switch to English - International (my home laptop has Windows 10 and English International is the default on it). However, English - International does not exist in the language keyboard
options anymore. I have searched several question chains, and the issues were all resolved by going to time and language and switching the keyboard. However, this keyboard is not an option, and there appears to be no equivalent that I can find.

How to delete the English International Keyboard

How do I delete the English International Keyboard from my computer? Afrikaans has many characters like ë, è, é. ö. I change my keyboard to English US to type these characters. Five minutes later Microsoft changes it back to English International
Keyboard. Most irritating! Yes, I do know the short cuts to jump between keyboards, but I do not want to jump! I just want to delete (or permanently disable) the irritating
English International Keyboard.
