Windows 10: English leftover after installing language pack!

Hi there, i have v1607 & downloaded compatible language packs. After installing one & rebooting, there are some english left over. How to fully change language..?

Will we be able to choose language upon install of windows 10

Cross language upgrades are not supported, the free upgrade will be installed in your local language.

You will need install a language pack for English after setup if you are upgraded to Windows 10 Pro or if its Windows 10 Home you will need to install the Windows 10 Pro Pack ($99) then download the English Language Pack.

 

Why isn't Cortana available on my tablet's windows 10 upgrade app,

• To use Cortana, all these settings must be set to the same language:
  • Languages (this is your device language)
  • Speech language (language pack must be installed)
  • Country or region
• 
  I found that after upgrading from Windows 7 that I didn't have the UK English Speech language pack installed.
  

To Fix

• Start
• Settings
• Time & language
• Region and Language

Under English (United Kingdom) click install language pack

Once installed restart your computer and cortana should be aviaible
