Windows 10: English United States or English International ISO?

I live at Indonesia. Which one should i use?

Option to be able to switch between the English (United States) and the English (International) keyboards

I keep clicking on English (United States) as instructed and do not get an options button. The English (United States) language has already been installed and is grayed out. I would like to be able to switch between the English (United States) and the English
(International) keyboards as could be done in previous versions of Windows.

 

How to remove English (United States)

I have the same problem with this link in forum, but I have already done all the steps without success, the only thing I see different is that I see in the command dism /online /get-intl I see the English language installed but I don't see it anywhere

MSN ISO any difference English (US) vs English International?

Having recently moved from 21H2 to 22H2 I just downloaded a new ISO direct from MSN using the instruction in the tutorial - thank you. However in the language choice (that I could see) there was no English (UK) but either English (US) or English International. Does anybody know what differences there would be, if any, between the 2? Everything under language in Settings says English UK except my Keyboard which says English (United States).........except on my taskbar where, when I hover over ENG it says English United States and underneath United States International keyboard. Laptop was bought in Asia so I downloaded the International version but curious if any differences.. Using a vpn didn't give me a different English option.
