Windows 10: "enhance pointer precision" setting constantly being reset

Ever since I've had this computer this option has stayed unchecked, but recently every time I shut down and start up the computer the setting won't save and suddenly it becomes checked again, even more recently it's been re-checking itself mid-session even if I disabled it just minutes agoReally lost on how to fix this permanently, using windows 10.

Enhance Pointer Precision keeps getting Cleared

"Enhance pointer precision" keeps getting un-checked. What background apps might be clearing this setting? This gets cleared within a couple of hours of setting it. I don't even have to re-boot for it to be cleared.

[To get to Enhance pointer precision, Go to "Mouse Settings" > "Additional mouse settings" > (Mouse Properties) > "Pointer Options" > "Motion" > "Enhance pointer precision" check! Apply & Okay.]

 

Unable to save "Enhance pointer precision" setting with the Wacom tablet.

Hello!

I need this setting ("Enhance pointer precision") to be always on. But it disappears from time to time. This happens while I'm using Wacom tablet. Without it this setting is ok.

I check the 'enhance pointer precision' box in the mouse properties window, and it works fine. I close the window, and the accuracy is rubbish again. Next I open mouse properties and enhance pointer precision is unchecked!! So right now my tablet is useless.
How can I save this point forever??

I saw the same question in 2013 year and problem isn't solve.

 

Enhance pointer precision feels inverted

Hello. This issue began last year out of nowhere (I guess I installed something). Due to my PC being old and soon I'll replace it, I currently use Windows 7 64 bit. Issue started last year around April. I usually keep Enhance pointer precision OFF and it felt consistent. However, since April last year something felt off. So I went back to mouse settings in Control Panel and when I turned ON Enhance pointer precision, my cursor slowed down. But when I turn it OFF, it speeds up. It feels like my mouse settings are inverted. I hope someone can give me some tips or some help. I scanned my PC with an antivirus, but nothing was found. Can anyone help? Thanks a lot.
