Windows 10: Enter Network Credentials message

Good morning. Have new Windows 11 on new computer. I need to view video files ,avi, .cme, and different video specifically from different clients. Some videos come from clients with a Player file to download first and then view the files. Now when I try to view videos it gives me a "Windows Security" "Enter Network Credentials" messages comes up and "A specified logon session does not exist. It may already have been terminated" comes up.... what is this? I used to be able to view all videos before Windows 11. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I understand your concern and will assist you to resolve this issue.

I suggest you to turn off the protection and try, follow the steps below and check, if it helps:

• Go to system tray and click on network and sharing.
• Select change advanced sharing settings at the left top of the screen.
• At the bottom select All network.
• Select password protected sharing.
• Turn off password protected sharing.

Method 2: Run Troubleshooter

• Press Windows key and type Network and sharing center
• Click on troubleshoot problems
• Run all the troubleshooter and check if it helps.

To assist you better regarding your concern with network credentials, have you checked the Windows credentials for any information about the username and password for the network credentials? If not yet, follow the steps below to access Windows Credentials
manager.

• Press the Windows icon on the desktop.
• Type in Windows Credentials.

We would appreciate as well if you could provide us a screenshot.
