    whenever I try to enter info or process a transaction on secured websites my screen disappears. For instance if I try to make a transfer of funds on my Banks website my screen disappears.

    To assist you better, I would like to ask for which website are you facing this issue.

    I suggest you to check if the date and time are set according to the region. If the issue still persists, add the particular website to the trusted site by following the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + R, type inetcpl.cpl and press Enter.
    • Under Security tab, click on Trusted sites and click on Sites Button.
    • Add the particular website and click on Add and Close.
    • Click on OK.
